"I have always resented dental work. Pay A LOT of money, and hate life for days or sometimes even weeks. I had my third appointment with Dr. Jefferson today and I think he changed my entire outlook on the dentist. I’ve had issues with rough dentists, waiting 10 days for a crown for it not to be mine. “Pain, money, and more money. Nice ... sure. But Dr. Jefferson is nice and actually seems to enjoy his work. Like an artist working on the mouth, not just doing it and getting the job done, but doing it efficiently and effectively. I’m not an easy gal to win over. I’m tough. I think for the first time ever, I left a dentist office today after extensive work, and a fee (of course), but I don’t resent him for it. He made my teeth look great, had my crown set SAME DAY (game changer), and eliminated an ongoing headache I had for months. I like a dentist. I never thought I would say that. But he won me over. And I’m actually feeling his work was priceless. I appreciate it very much. That’s someone however I will refer!! Someone who enjoys their work!! Very refreshing these days!!"

"Dr. Jefferson’s office has the nicest front office staff. When I called to make an appointment after years of neglecting my dental health, I was treated with absolute kindness. I initially saw periodontist Dr. Erika Smith-MacDonald, who provides services through his office. Then decided to give Dr. Jefferson a try. The last dentist I tried, again after years of no dental care, had a judgmental edge/tone. Dr. Jefferson had none at all and has a great blend of quiet calm and professionalism. His exam was thorough, and he offered clear explanations and recommendations. I’m ridiculously fearful about dental care, but his office is very quickly changing that. As an aside, I made a side comment about forgetting my iPod when I checked in. I mentioned that I’d planned on listening to the Red Hot Chili Peppers as a distraction during my exam. Guess what music was piped into my exam room? Very thoughtful and super cool. This sounds silly and over the top, but based on my other many bad experiences, it kind of feels like a privilege to be accepted as a patient here."

"It’s not easy finding a good dentist. Dr. Jefferson and staff are more than just professional; they are thorough, technology advanced, and, most importantly ... caring!! The office itself is inviting and modern. But what makes Rory Jefferson stand out, in my mind, is that he takes every aspect of dentistry seriously while treating both his staff and his patients with compassion!!"

"Dr Jefferson is so wonderful and truly cares about his patients!!! I had five teeth pulled and he gave me his home and cell number to call if I had any issues. I unfortunately had to call him at home on a Saturday and he came and met me at the office to help me with my issues!! That is nothing short of wonderful!! I cannot say enough good things about Dr Jefferson and his staff!!!"
