Caitlin

Dental Assistant

I have been a part of Dr. Jefferson’s office since 2017, having been trained by one of the very best dentists I know: him! I work alongside Dr. Jefferson: preparing patients for treatment and assisting during procedures, as well as providing healthcare instructions. The one-on-one time I spend with our patients is the best part of my day. I really enjoy getting to know them and helping to give them a positive, supportive dental experience.

I have a Husky and a baby boy who was born in August 2019. Playing soccer has been a huge part of my life for many years. My other hobbies include camping and hiking.

Dental Hygienist

I began my career in 1995 as a dental assistant and took prerequisite classes for hygiene school while working. In 2010, I graduated from Lake Washington Institute of Technology dental hygiene program and shortly thereafter joined Dr. Jefferson’s office. I enjoy getting to know our patients and helping them restore and maintain good oral health through education and effective home care.

I have been married for almost 20 years and have two kids in their teens, Lauren and Evan. My free time is focused on my family!

Keri

Office Manager

I started working in the dental field in 1990 and have more than 30 years of experience, the past 14 of which I’ve spent with Dr. Jefferson. I work with patients’ insurance plans and coordinate their treatment plans to help them utilize their benefits and get the best care possible. I love building lasting relationships with our patients.

Most of all, I want to make them smile, and feel comfortable and welcome in our amazing office. When you walk in, don’t be surprised if you hear laughter. The team I work with is full of talented, knowledgeable, caring, and fun-loving people. We all work hard but have fun doing it!

I moved to Washington in 1983 from Montana. My husband Terry and I met in 1985 and have been married for 35 years. We have one daughter, Chantel, who works in law enforcement. We love animals and have an Anatolian Shepherd named Brandi. I love spending time with my husband, family, and friends, as well as working in the yard, going for walks, and decorating my home.

Lisa

Dental Hygienist

I attended Bates Technical College in 1997 for my dental assisting education and continued my training in 2005 at Palm Beach State College, to earn my AS in dental hygiene. A part of Dr. Jefferson’s team since 2014, I provide preventive treatments and give instruction on appropriate hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health. I am challenged on a daily basis to be the best hygienist possible for my patients, and love seeing them leave an appointment smiling.

I was born and raised here in Kitsap County. My husband Aaron and I stay busy with our two boys, Nathan and Troy. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, working out, and snow and water skiing. Most important to me is spending time with family and friends.
